DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Changed your mind? No problem! We’re happy to refund any items you return (shipping fees not included). Just make sure to start your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items need to come back to us in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
You’ll be in charge of sending the item back, which means covering return shipping, duties, or customs fees if they apply, and making sure the parcel gets to us safely. To keep everything secure, please use a tracked and insured service — we can’t take responsibility for returns that get lost or damaged along the way.
Don’t forget to email us your tracking number or link at uhlalabyll@gmail.com once you’ve shipped your return. Without tracking details, we won’t be able to accept it.
ARE SWIM AND SALE ITEMS FINAL SALE?
All swim and sale purchases are final. We’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or store credit on these items. This applies to anything bought during sitewide promotions (like Black Friday). Orders placed with a promo code (such as 10% off for newsletter sign-ups or free shipping) aren’t considered final sale and can still be returned under our standard return policy.
WHAT IF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS FAULTY?
If your order isn’t quite right — whether it arrives damaged or not as expected — just send us a note at uhlalabyll@gmail.com. Please include photos showing the issue so we can quickly review and resolve it. Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund depending on the situation.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
All international orders are shipped using FedEx.
For local Bali orders, we ship via Gojek or offer pickup available in store. Our store address can be found under Contact.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Orders take 5-8 working days excluding customs.
