Items need to come back to us in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
To get started, email us with your order details at customerservice@uhlalabyll.com and we will generate a pre-paid shipping label to return the item back to us.
The price of the duty tax and customs will be deducted from your total refund.
International shipping is through DHL Express and takes 5-8 working days excluding customs once shipped. Because each piece is handmade with care, please allow additional time for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
